Mid C19 terrace. Grey brick with stuccoed dressings. Slate hipped roof.
Moulded stuccoed eaves cornice, chamfered quoins, bands at first and second
floor levels. Three storeys. Twelve windows, centre two project slightly
with chamfered quoins at angles. Plain stuccoed architraves, ground floor
shouldered and segmental arched. Sashes without glazing bars. Centre
two windows coupled. Central double porch with rusticated square-section
piers, moulded cornice and panelled parapet forming balcony to first floor
windows. Included for group value.

Nos 7 to 29 (odd) and No 37 (Provincial House) form a group.
