Early C19. Stuccoed. Three storeys. Six windows, centre four break
forward with rusticated quoins to ground floor. Plinth and bands at heads
of ground floor windows which have cornices on brackets, second storey
windows have pediments on brackets. Frieze and modillion cornice in stucco.
All windows sashes with glazing bars, ground and first floor in moulded
architraves. Side entrances. Slate hipped roof.

Nos 7 to 29 (odd) and No 27 (Provincial House) form a group.
