Early C19. Brick. Slate hipped roof. Moulded eaves cornice. Three storeys. Four windows, right centre on first and second floors blocked, flat brick arches, sashes mostly with glazing bars, left centre sashes with margin lights. Sill band to first floor windows. Plinth.

Nos 59 and 61 has coupled doorcase off centre with flat pilasters, cornice, semi-circular fanlights with radial bars, panelled doors. No 1 West Street elevation, three windows, same build and design.

Nos 59 to 61 (odd), No 1 West Street together with Nos 1, 3 and 5 Museum Square, No 47 New Walk, New Walk Museum and Nos 58 to 64 (even) New Walk form a group around Museum Square.
