Probably an early C18 house but much restored in 1903 with ornamental
lead work encassing a bowed window in both first and second floors with
ornamental lead relief panels below and above leaded-nine windows. Modern
ground floor with four-light leaded-pane window. Slate roof with gable
ends. Adjoins No 5. Included for group value only.

Nos 3, 5 and 7 form a group with St Martin's Cathedral Guildhall Lane.
