C18. Red brick. Moulded brick eaves cornice and band. Three storeys.
Five windows, some blocked and modern fenestration to others, segmental
brick arches, sills, mostly sashes with glazing bars. Good doorcase with
open segmental hood on well carved brackets, reeded pilasters, panelled
reveals, in frieze is a panel with cherubs, fielded-panel door, top panel
replaced with glass. Adjoining is the side elevation of No 12 Guildhall
Lane (listed), of slightly later date but similar build.

Nos 3, 5 and 7 form a group with St Martin's Cathedral Guildhall Lane.
