Circa 1840-45. Large stuccoed house. Slate roof with modillion brackets to wide eaves soffit. Two storeys. Five windows, all sashes with glazing bars. End window bays pedimented and slightly project with flat quoin pilasters and Venetian ground floor windows with pilasters and dentilled cornices over side lights. Projecting three-bay arcaded porch at centre with round arch windows and doorway inside, cornice and balustraded parapet forming balcony to three first floor windows above. Stuccoed chimney stacks with cornices. Three bay single storey wing on right.
