Early C19. Stuccoed house. Low-pitched slate roof with wide eaves soffit. Two storeys. Backs onto West Street with three original windows, sashes with glazing bars and sills, later narrow sashes inserted between and flanking doorway which is double recessed, wide door with six fielded panels and large rectangular fanlight. Narrow moulded string course at first floor level.

Garden front, two-storeys, five windows, first floor sashes with glazing bars, sills. Ground floor right sashes, glazing bars with margin panes left, tall sashes to ground level with margin panes. Wide central door with six fielded panels and rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Plain staircase with semi-circular headed stair window onto Princess Street with flanking round-headed niches.
