1/13 Baptist Chapel


Chapel. 1863. Brick with Welsh slate roof. Pedimented gable to street, of
two storeys and three bays articulated by full height blank arcading with slim
pilasters. Panelled doors in outer bays with coarsely moulded architraves.
Central window and upper windows which have rounded heads and margin lights
with a tiny central opening light, all openings have flat arched heads with
keystones. Four tall windows similar to those of the front elevation in the
side walls. In the pedimented gable a date stone, "erected A.D. MDCCCLXIII".
