House, 1774, with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick, rendered, with concrete tile
roof. C20 plinth, rendered first Floor and eaves bands. Single external gable
and single ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Front has to left, a C20 close boarded door and above it, 2 bricks inscribed 'I Biggs J Biggs 1774'. To the
right, two C19 3-light casements. Above, 2 similar casements. All these openings
have segmental heads. At the rear, a C20 lean-to addition, 2 storeys.
