House and adjoining cottage, now 2 houses. C17 and C19 with C20
alterations. Timber framed and brick, rendered, with plain tile
roofs. Single gable and 2 ridge brick stacks. 2 storeys, 6
bays. T-plan. East side has to the right, a C20 lean-to porch
with 2 casements and to its right a single casement. To the
left, 3 two light casements. Above, to the right, 2 two light
casements, that to the right being smaller. To right again, in
the gable, a smaller casement. All these windows are C20. West
side has to the left a projecting gabled wing with a lean-to
addition in the return angle, and to its right, a 2 light C20
casement. Above it, a cross eaves C19 gabled dormer with a 3
light casement. To the right, a C20 close boarded door flanked
by single C20 2 light casements and beyond, to the left, a
similar casement. Above, 3 C20 2 light casements. South gable
has to right a C20 half glazed door and to left, a C20 casement.
Above, to right, a C20 2 light casement. The interior of
Horseshoe End was extensively remodelled late C20.
