Cottage, late C16/early C17 gable to street. Timber framed with brick infill,
possibly original. 8 bays of timber framing, 2 storeys, 2 square panels high,
with arch bracing on a rubble plinth. Joist rinds are visible below the middle
rail, supported by lateral beam visible in gable end. Door in 6th bay from
left, various casement windows. Herringbone hogging-to gable wall. Thatched
roof, gable end stacks. Adjacent, to the right, a rubble and brick outbuilding
with pantiled roof and brick gable stack.
