Former mill, c.1840. Red brick with stone dressings, plain tile roofs. Four storeys, thirteen window range, plus northeast corner windowless projection. Cornice and glazing bars. Central pediment with semi-circular window with glazing bars, and keystone. End gables, in form of pediments, have similar windows. Four-pane sash windows otherwise, except to second floor which has C20 two-pane louvres. C20 extensions to west side, and to rear.
