SK 61 SE MAIN STREET (North Side)

4/68 Dovecote in grounds of new hall


Dovecote, dated 1765 with initials W.W. in raised bricks. Brick with Swithland
slate roof. A tall rectangular structure with ridge roof and coped gables with
brick finials, and dentilled string course on each side. Squared-openings.
Wood cupola above as entry for doves.
