Facade of circa 1744. Painted roughcast with high stone plinth, bands and narrow
moulded stone cornice. Stone coped parapet. Slate roof with coped gable ends
and end chimneys to main part. 2 storeys. 5 windows and additional one over
carriageway arch at north side, sashes with glazing bars and boxed frames with cambered
heads. Inset centre door with plain painted stone doorcase, small cornice on bracket
and plain fanlight. Rear has long colourwashed wing with some Gothick arched windows.
