1868. Red brick with geometric designs in blue brick and with stone dressings.
Roof green and blue banded slates. Large paired chimneys with stone capped plinths.
Facade has 4 gables with stone kneelers, the outer 2 advanced, but facade asymmetrical.
Generally 2 storeys but northern bay single storey within the same roof line.
Northern window 4 lights with stone mullions and transoms, centre 2 lights higher.
Centre 2 windows at 1st floor level same, all these with moulded stone architraves.
Remaining windows of 2 and 3 lights each, flat arched, plain stone architraves
and stone mullions. Off centre gabled porch. Gothic door with dripstone mould
approached by flight of steps.
