Late C18/early C19. Red brick with slate roof and end chimneys. Three storeys (top one possibly added in C19). Two windows, sashes with late C19 glazing those of lower two floors with stuccoed lintels. Small off centre additional first floor window. Centre door with flat hood and pilasters. Prominent, in view from village centre, facing down Sutton Road, included in Grade II for this and group value.
