Farmhouse and adjoining stable. Late C17 and C19. Coursed and
squared ironstone with limestone dressings and slate roofs.
Chamfered plinth, moulded first floor band, coped gables with
kneelers, 3 brick gable stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 3 bay east
front has a central reeded doorcase with curved brackets
supporting a flat hood, and C19 half glazed double door, flanked
by single 3 light mullioned casements with moulded mullions and
surrounds with flat hoods. Above, 3 similar mullioned casements.
All these windows have C19 glazing. South side has an off-
centre reeded doorcase with panelled door and fanlight, flanked
to left by a mullioned casement. To the right, a gabled wing
with a mullioned casement. To the left, a 2 storey C19 stable, 3
bays, with 2 casements. Rear elevation has a C19 2 storey gabled
addition in the return angle, and above, to right, a mullioned
casement. Adjoining C19 single storey addition and farm
buildings not included in this listing.
