SK 72 SW Church Farmhouse


Farmhouse. Late C18/early C19 with older origins. Coursed squared
ironstone, plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. 3-unit plan.
3-storey, 4-window range.
4-panel, part-glazed door to right of centre with stone lintel approached by
2 stone steps and has timber trellis porch with curved lead roof. 3-light
casement windows to ground, 1st and 2nd floors, with limestone lintels to
ground floor, ironstone lintels to 1st floor, segmental-arched brick heads
to 2nd floor. 2-light stone mullion Cellar window to left with wave-moulded
stone surround and 1st floor limestone storey band.
