House, now public house. Early C19. Brick with graded slate roof. 2½
storeys in 3 bays. Late C19 grey brick square porch under hipped roof.
Windows are late C19 plate glass sashes under segmental arches and with
shutters. Platband at first floor. Gabled roof with partly external
gable-end stacks. Later brick extensions abut to right and left. Interior
retains closed string staircase with turned balusters and ramped handrail.
