House. Late C18. Brick with pantile roof. 2 storeys and attic in 3 bays.
Bricks laid in 4 rows of stretcher bond to one row Flemish bond. South
front with stepped brick clasping buttresses to corners, the set-offs
corresponding to platbands over the ground and first floors. Brick
pilaster strips define centre bay. Early C20 central door below sloping
pantiled hood. One 3-light casement right and left under arched heads, the
glazing bars removed. Similar first floor casements, but retaining glazing
bars. Gabled roof with external west end stack and internal east end
stack. In east gable head a re-set datestone: 1621
