Farmhouse. Probably late C18, altered and extendedC19. Rendered brick,
slate roof, and rendered brick ridge stacks. 2-unit plan. 3-storey, 3-
window range. Main front faces Hecadeck Lane and has central 4-panel, part-
glazed door with rendered head and straight hood. C19 horned sash windows
to ground, 1st and attic floors, with rendered heads to ground and 1st
floors. Moulded wood eaves and stone-coped gables with kneelers.
Doubled in depth to rear Cl9; 2-storey wing to rear left.
