Farmhouse. Early C19, extended and altered C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, C20 plain-tile roof, brick end and ridge stacks. Two-unit plan originally, extended one bay to right. Two storey, three window range. C20 door formerly central, with overlight and segmental-arched head. C19 horned sash windows to ground and first floors with similar heads. Dentilled brick eaves.Two storey, one window extension to right with central bay window and sash window to first floor. Single storey attached former dairy to rear left. Interior not inspected.
