Cottage and barn. Early C19. Coursed squared ironstone back wall, side and
front walls of red brick, rendered to cottage front, pantile roof, brick end
and ridge stacks. 2-unit plan to cottage; 2-storey, 2-window range.
Central C20 door, 12-pane sash windows to ground floor and 6-pane sashes to
1st floor. Barn has central blocked opening to rear and ventilation slit to
left end wall. Interior: cottage has stop-chamfered beams.
