38/373 Ivy Stud Farmhouse


Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed ironstone with limestone dressings and roof
of black glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 3 bays. Central
C20 door behind hipped trellis porch with ornate timberwork. To right and
left is one tripartite sash of mid C19 with glazing bars intact. 2 similar
above and central single sash. Gabled roof with 3 segmental dormers, the
central dormer narrower and of higher pitch. Internal brick gable-end
stacks. 2 storey wing extends to rear, of mid C18, encrusted with outshuts
and under a gabled roof. 2 stacks.
