Cottage. Early-mid C18, altered C20.
Coursed squared ironstone, pantile roof replacing thatch, and brick end
stacks.
2-unit plan.
2-storey, 2-window range.
4-panelled, part-glazed door to right of centre with flat-arched head. 3-
light casement window to ground floor left with wood lintel and 3-light
casements to 1st floor, both with word lintels. Eaves built up in brick.
Brick-coped gables.
Interior has boxed spine beams and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
