Coursed ironstone rubble, pantile roof, brick ridge and end stacks.
2-unit plan.
2-storey, 2-window range.
C20 door to far left with wood lintel.
2-light casement window to ground floor centre with wood lintel, bay window
to ground floor far right and 2-light casements to 1st floor with wood
Interior noted as having chamfered spine beams.
