Former farmhouse. Early C19, altered C20. Rendered with incised masonry
patterns, Swithland slate roof and brick end stacks.
Central 6-panel door with overlight and pilastered wood surround with
straight hood on brackets 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors left
with rendered heads. Limestone ashlar plinth.
Interior not inspected.
