LODDINGTON
MAIN STREET (south side)
Loddington Hall pavilions and flanking wall

GV
II
Pair of buildings whose original purpose is unclear although one is now a dwelling. Core of late C17 or C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with Welsh slate roof. Coped gables recessed from the wall-line. Two- and three-light mullioned windows in east gables, the northernmost building is a dwelling and has single light casement windows in its north wall and rear doorway. The two buildings are linked by a length of coursed rubble wall pierced by tall vents so presumably a remnant of a former barn.
