Former cottage. Core probably C16 but original structure encased in ironstone
rubble possibly in C18. Coursed rubble with slight plinth and corrugated
iron roof replacing thatch. Single unit, single storeyed. 2-light opening
on south wall, blocked lights in gable wall. Door to north. Inside is a
pair of cruck blades with saddle at apex. C16 cross wall on same line as
cruck truss. Close studding with wattle and daub infill on timber sill. Ogee
arched doorway.
