Gateway, with paired gate piers and flanking wall. Early C19. Inner gate piers
are of channelled limestone ashlar surmounted by eagles. These are linked
by a curving coursed rubble wall to outer piers, which are also of channelled
ashlar with low pyramidal coping and incised key decoration as frieze.
