Cottage. Late C16/C17 and dated 1767. Coursed rubble stone in part, but
mainly red brick with rubble stone and brick plinth. Welsh slate roof with
brick ridge and rear stacks. Moulded brick eaves. Two storeys of 3 2-light
windows : 1 casement and 2 horizontal sliding sashes. On ground floor 2 3-light
and a 2-light leaded-light casements. Left gable end has rubble stone ground
floor. To rear are 2 storey wing, section of rubble stone walling, doors
and, in part, iron lattice horizontal sliding sashes. Inside are chamfered
beams, 2 inglenooks with hoods, and tie beam truss in rear wing. Dated 1767
in black bricks on left end gable.
