GV II

House. Late C17/18. Red brick and Welsh slate roof with brick ridge and
left end stacks, 3 in all. Gable facing, front to right. 2 storeys of 6
C20 9-pane top-opening windows. 4 wide 2-light C20 casements below and 2
doors under 2nd and 5th 1st floor windows. 1st floor 2-light casement on
facing gable. C20 entrance door and large 1 storey extension to rear. Inside
are inglenook with hood and draw steps, further inglework, chamfered stopped
beam and staircase c1700. Included for group value.
