Milestone. Early C19. Stone, possibly slate, painted white, the lettering
painted black. Rectangle c1m high with cambered top and slightly convex front.
Inscribed 'Leicester 5 : Uppingham 14'. Stands near to driveway to Winkadale.
Similar to 2 further milestones on Uppingham Road in Houghton on the Hill parish
(q.v.).
