SP 79 NE GOADBY THE STREET (East Side)

4/25 Pine House

GV II


House. Early C18, but altered. Brick, with Swithland slate roof. A tall
2 storeys and three bays. Central door in new porch and new French window
to its left. Right hand window is a 3-light casement with cambered brick head
with stuccoed key. Three upper windows are all in this style. Two brick bands
across the facade, and deep moulded eaves cornice. Three new dormers. Gable
end stacks.
