Lodge to Keythorpe Hall. Early C19. Coursed ironstone rubble with Welsh slate
roof with ridge cresting. A small cottage ornee, picturesquely assymmetrical,
single storeyed. T-plan with additional projecting gabled porch containing
doorway in the angle. South gable has canted bay window with ornate glazing
bars, and 3-light casement window above. West gable has 2 2-light casements
and a crest above. Each gable has overhanging eaves, decorated barge boards
and finial. Decorated stone and brick axial stack.
