SP 89 NW Ruins of Church of St. Michael



Ruins of very small church. 1867-8. Coursed squared stone with stone dressings.
Of the small single area chapel there remain the lower part of the side walls,
up to cl-3m, the E wall up to c5m, and W wall up to c4m. This last includes
the W doorway with cusped arch and hood mould. Pevsner and V.C.H., Vol.V.
