GREAT EASTON

Cottage. Late C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and thatch roof
with brick end stacks. Stone coped gables with kneelers. Cross wing on left
with gable facing. 2 storeys of 2 2-light casements with tiny 1-light to
left and tiny 2-light to right. On ground floor, from left, tiny 1-light
in moulded stone frame, 1-light casement, gabled wooden porch and 4-panelled
door and C20 bow. Right end gable is of red brick. On left cross wing side
are 2 centre-opening 3-lights with similar eyebrow dormers over.
