Range of 4 cottages. Later C18, with 3 cottages added c1800. Coursed rubble stone
with quoins and Welsh slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks, 5 in all. 2
storeys. 8 3-light windows to 1st floor: from left, 2 3-light horizontal sliding
sashes, 2 3-light casements, 2 centre-Opening 3-light casements, and 2 3-light
casements. On ground floor, from left, a centre-opening 3-light casement either
side plank door (The Cottage); a 3-light casement either side part-glazed door
(Manor Cottage); 4-pane window in blocked doorway, centre-opening 3-light casement,
3-light casement and door (Pedlar's Rest); 1-light window, plank door, and 3-light
casement (Apple Cottage). Mostly wooden lintels. 1 storey lean-to on right end
and extensions to rear.
