II
House. Late C17/C18 with C19 extension. Red brick and coursed rubble stone
in part. Welsh slate roof with 2 brick ridge stacks. 3 ranges of 2 and 2 1/2
storeys. Right range of rubble stone, probably late C17; central C18 cross
wing, gable facing and projecting to rear; and left range of C19. Right range
has 2-leaved plank door and 2-light casement to right. Central range has
brick band, an 8/8 sash window both floors and 2-light horizontal sliding sash
in attic. Left range has on its left end a canted bay with 3/3 sash over.
Where central range projects to rear an 8/8 sash with 3/3 sash and 2-light
leaded casement over. Inside are chamfered beams, 2 fielded-panelled doors
and double inglenook and hood.
