House. c1800. Red brick and Welsh slate roof with partly rendered brick end
stacks. 2.1/2 storeys of 3 8/8 sash windows with shutters and cambered
lintels. Up 2 semicircular stone steps is a central wooden doorcase with flat
bracketted hood. 6-panelled door (upper 2 panels glazed) and overlight. On
left end a 1 storey extension with 3/3 sash, shutters, and cambered lintel.
On right end a 1st floor 2/2 sash and 2 2-light horizontal sliding sash
windows in attic. 1.1/2 storey extension to rear. This house and No. 68
(q.v.) were probably built at the same time as a pair of detached houses, as
they are almost identical.
