House. Possibly medieval origins but altered late C17, and 1860. Red brick,
in part chequered with black, with high rubble stone plinth, and Welsh slate
roof with brick right-centre ridge stack and left end stack. Band in part.
2 storeys of 3 2-light wooden mullion and transom windows over 4-light
casement, 2-light casement, 3-light casement and 2-light wooden mullion and
transom window. On left end a 1 storey extension with blind window, 1-light
casement and 3-light casement. Further outbuilding extension to left of
this. Right end has 2 and 3-light casements and gables with ornamental barge
boards. Interior not seen 1984. V.C.H., Vol. V.
