Cottage. The core is probably C16, partially re-fronted in early C19. Formerly
2 dwellings. Brick lower storey, and render over possible timber frame above
and in gable walls. Corrugated roof replacing thatch. 3-light casement window
to left of doorway, and 2 others flanking a second disused door, all with cambered
heads. 3 upper 3-light casements. Gable and axial stacks. Lower rear wing of
less height. Cottage is reputedly the former vicarage.
