Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick with Swithland slate roof. Two storeyed, four bays with central doorway: a five-panelled door set beneath a fine flat canopy on tightly curved console brackets. Two windows each side of it on each floor, are all three-light casements, transomed to ground floor and with deep flat arched brick heads. Gable and axial stack which backs onto entry. Length of wall to left links house with gable of C18 barn: red brick with blue headers and asbestos roofing. At right angles to this is the garden wall which contains a deep domed recess with round archway and Swithland slate roof.
