and garden wall

GV II

House. Circa 1800 with C18 rear range. Render over brick with Welsh slate
roof. The rear range is brick on ironstone plinth. 2 storeyed, 3 bays with
central door with lattice glazed overlight in open pediment with fluted shafts
and ogee arch beneath the pediment. 16-light sashes with flat arched stuccoed
heads with stressed keystones and stone sills. Gable end stacks. Rear range
of 2½ storeys with casement windows. Low brick garden wall is attached to the
house and contains a small gateway with Regency wrought ironwork with acanthus
leaf decoration.
