No 3 Smeeton House

House. Mid C18 with late C19 alterations. Brick, now rendered with plaster.
Slate roof with gable stacks. East front: 2½ storeys, 3 bays. First floor and
attic floor bands. Moulded cornice. Central doorway with flat hood supported on
brackets, and 4-panel door with glazed overlight. To left and right, single, late
C19 canted bays with sashes. Above, a central glazing bar sash, with to left and
right, single light C19 sashes. Above, 3 smaller glazing bar sashes.
