immediately WSW of
Cotesbach Hall

GV II

Schoolroom, now used as outbuilding. C18. Red brick in Flemish
garden wall bond. Plain tile roof with hipped and gabled ends;
lead rolls to hips and ridge and cogged brick eaves cornice.
PLAN: Small rectangular single cell plan with lateral stack on
west side and doorway in north end.
EXTERIOR; Single storey. Symmetrical 3-window east front. C18
2-light wooden window frames with iron casements with square
leaded panes; in cambered arch openings. At north end: left-
hand doorway with flush-panel door and cambered brick arch.
South end has large opening inserted with concrete lintel.
