7/55 The Limes

GV II

House. Early C19. Late C19 alterations. Brick. Hipped slate
roof. 1 ridge stack, 2 lateral stacks. Plinth. Overhanging
eaves with painted brackets. 2½ storeys. South front: 5 bays.
Off-centre doorway with flat hood on brackets and 6-panel door
with traceried overlight. To right, a single glazing-bar sash.
To left, a similar window followed by 2 late C19 plain sashes.
Above, 5 glazing-bar sashes. Above again, 5 smaller glazing-bar
sashes. All windows have painted flat arches and painted sills.
