Late C18. 3 storeys in brick with pantile roof and brick stacks at gable ends.
Diagonal brick eaves cornice. 2 windows on 1st floor with segmental heads and
stone keystones, no glazing bars. 1 similar window on ground floor and small
C19 shop window in old opening. Wood doorcase with cornice.

Nos 1 -15 (odd) and Premises adjoining Sleaford Maternity home to the west form a group.
