C18, possibly earlier core. Two storeys in brick with pantile roof with two brick stacks. Diagonal brick eaves cornice. Three windows, moulded frames, some hung sashes with glazing bars. Two segmental-arched windows on ground floor. Segmental-headed doorway with rectangular fanlight and door of six fielded panels. Foot scraper.
