Apparently of C18- origins, features altered Cl9. 2 storeys and attics in stone.
Steep sloped Welsh slate roof with brick eaves cornice and 2 gabled dormers.
2 brick stacks at gable ends. 2 windows, flat stone voussoirs, no glazing bars.
Ground floor has 2 canted mid cl9 bays. Modern wood porch. Included principally
as part of a group.

All the listed buildings on the north side of Jermyn Street form a group.
